Listened from 1302-1320 utc.  Conditions dropped about 10 minutes before local sunrise (1328 utc.)  Only the big guns heard this morning with the 

exception of JOIK which was heard of only a few seconds then faded into the splatter.  



153        RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1309 weak with man/woman in Russian. 

567       JAPAN, JOIK, weak at 1307 with man in Japanese and a lot of splatter at times. 

774       JAPAN, JOUB good at 1304 with man in Japanese. 

828       JAPAN, JOBB good at 1305 with above program. 

1566       REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1312 fair audio with woman in Japanese. 

1575       THAILAND, VOA 1313 weak with woman in Asian language.
