Saul, I can recommend without reservation the ALA 100 from Wellbrook.  It's an excellent antenna....you provide the loop of whatever size you desire (I've used anywhere between 10' circumference to 100').  I know that Guy Atkins has tried his mounted on a rotor in his backyard.  Mine are fixed in the directions of interest.....Walt.
