[IRCA] TP for 1 Apr from Victoria, BC
This morning was a bit of a disappointment after yesterday. Started listening at 1320, and things looked reasonable, but instead of a sunrise lift allowing smaller fry to fade up, things faded down, to be pretty much done by 1400UT.
pretty darn good audio (at least briefly):
594 JOAK
774 JOUB
828 JOBB
1566 HLAZ at 1347UT, w/CC talk
reasonable audio at times during the period (though often battling w/splash or noise):
558 two stations, the stronger was HLQH //603, other presumed JOCR
612 definitely 4QR with DU EE talk at 1344UT
747 JOIB
972 HLCA
1053 100Hz hum, still unID
not so reasonable audio, occasional words in splash or noise:
567 JOIK //594
1134 S. Korea //972
1242 JJ inflected talk, 1329
Burbles in the splatter and noise:
603 HLSA //558
954 possibly JOKR?
1116 mx, seemed Aussie by direction
1206 likely CRI, off channel
Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):
1098 DU, 1287
