[IRCA] NE Oregon TPs, Thursday
Poor TP reception here lately, but this morning 1575 VOA with occasional
poor reception, 1415 utc.
PNG beacons 1725 GA and 1737 KUT, 1414 utc, very poor only with narrow audio
filter.
Usual Radio Rossii signals earlier, 1315 utc, 153 best (153, 180, 189, 234,
279)
227 Mongolia very poor same time, has been in and out the past month, better
than today.
