[IRCA] Arizona TP's for 2-18-09

Listened from 1350-1415 utc and I heard more carriers but less audio than the last few days.  At first not much was heard but around sunrise it got better.   For the first time in over a week I heard carriers on 1566 and 1575.   

 

594 JOAK very poor at 1412 utc.

774 JOUB poor at 1414 utc.
