[IRCA] Arizona TP's for 2-15-09
Listened from 1350-1440 utc and conditions were much better than the last few days. At first not much was heard but around sunrise it got better and the best time was after sunrise which is strange. All audio and carriers were on the bottom part of the band.
594 JOAK Japan fair with man-woman talking at 1418 utc.
666 JOBK Japan very poor at 1428 utc with someone under.
693 JOAB Japan fair at 1423 utc with man-woman talking.
747 JOIB Japan poor at 1426 utc.
774 JOUB Japan fair at 1427 utc.
828 JOBB Japan 1411 utc 1415 utc.
