[IRCA] From the IRCA message board

there is currently the following message from Ed:
"I just got a Refurbished SRF-39 form sony. for $9.80. OK.. O logged a few mexican stations XEX, sports narratin a futbol game. Now is the disturbing part. I hear Family Radio in spanish and China Radio International in english. HOW can this happen?????? Can someone with more knowledge can explain to me?????"
