Below is the response I received from an email to Nova M. The guy doesn't
understand that skip does not change the frequency. Anyway, still a mystery
since he says it's a local show.

It's just a local show on 1190AM here in Phoeinx. Maybe your picking it up
on the skip.

If you are hearing it on regular radio in California please call the show
800-989-1480 next Saturday night.
