Good Morning:

Listened from 1430-1510 utc.  Poor results this morning.  Splatter
from domestics was much higher than normal.  

279      RUSSIA, 1430-1435 weak to fair with woman in Russian.
594      JAPAN, JOAK 1444 weak with Japanese.
774      JAPAN, JOUB 1439 very weak to fair with much splatter.
828      JAPAN, JOBB 1437 from carrier strength to good signal in 
            one minute.  Man in Japanese.
