[IRCA] West coast TA

A number of weakish carriers from Europe, heard in western Canada this evening, with only 999 delivering audio at 0340UT, woman talking, but no ID or webstream parallel. Suspect Moldova, but it's not listed in Euro MW Guide as being on air at this time. 1575, 1413 and 855 seem to have been the stronger carriers.
