Kevin,

The main station on 603 via TPs is the powerhouse South Korean. Japan is
there and also China. 
   I don't see any US station grabbing 600 in the NW as the Canadians
still have the channel. But I wonder when another Lower Mainland might
apply for it. That seems more likely. I can see someone new of maybe
1320 or 1470 going for it. 1200 was grabbed up and 600 is even a better
channel. Infact 600 is better here than 650  is.
