That's the concensus.  Nada from WOON on my recording from last night, 
and I hear them fairly frequently - most recently, about a week ago.  
With DX test material, they woulda been a cinch, methinks.

A note for future tests: for folks who are (semi-)local to the station 
in question and thus don't bother with listening for the test, why 
not record it anyway?  Then you'd be in a position to tell everyone 
if the test ran, and, if it did, help people figure out whether they 
heard it or not.  Just a thought...
