There are engineers and there are "Engineers". All engineers are not
created equally. hi. I know of very good engineers that always go out of
their way to QSL and others, if you are very lucky, you might get a ppc
back. Most fall in the middle somewhere. Some of the nicest ones I have
known are also some of the busiest too. But I will send a note to KBFX
and thank him and mention he was my 3,000th.
