Mike,

I wonder why more stations are not nabbed? I know when I contacted the
FCC official in Portland, he said they had no way of knowing if a
station was operating with day power, without going to the town. The
station in question was in Idaho, where there is no FCC station for
hundreds of miles. Where are there mnitoring stations today? They used
to be in most areas. But I have no idea where any are now.
