Listened from 1407-1507 utc.  Conditions much improved this morning.
Upper channels actually had some stations with audio.  A few Chinese stations in.  
Of the Chinese CRN1 //s, the only one I could hear was 6080.  
No audio on the others?

279       RUSSIA, 1424 good with woman singing.
549       UNKNOWN, 1418 weak in ECSS mode, Japan?
             Could not get audios NHK1 on 594 and 549 together
             to check //.
558       JAPAN, JOCR 1416 fair with man/woman in Japanese.
594       JAPAN, JOUB NHK1 1214 fair with man in Japanese.
639       CHINA CRN1 1426 fair in ECSS mode with woman in Chinese.
             //6080.
648       RUSSIA, 1408 weak with woman in Asian language.
657       DPR OF KOREA, 1407 weak with music
666       JAPAN, JOBK 1431 weak, Japanese talk.
693       JAPAN, JOAB 1433 Good in ECSS mode with Japanese.
774       JAPAN, JOUB 1434 Good with Italian lessons? Asian station
             weak underneath JOUB.
828       JAPAN, JOUB 1436 Good with above lessons.
1134     CHINA/JAPAN 1448 Chinese station mixing with JOQR playing music. 
             JOQR good at times.  
1206     CHINA, 1445 woman in Korean, weak.  ECCS mode to fight off
             KEX IBOC.
1323     CHINA, 1506 weak with Asian language.
1377     CHINA, 1443 weak with Chinese.
1566     RFEPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1437 good at times with Chinese.
1575     THAILAND, VOA 1439 fair with woman in Asian language.
1593     CHINA, CRN1 1440 weak with woman in Chinese.
