[IRCA] Some actual DX

0259 AM EDT *WSOO MI Sault Ste. Marie, with ID then ABC news. A
new one, and maybe my first reception from the UP!
Earlier in the evening I had BBC 693 and Croatia 1134 with decent audio.
I also spent some time on 960: mix of Roanoke VA (talk), Salisbury MD (Fox
sports), and Rogers City MI (country)
