Ex-WELV has changed calls twice since your old NRC log came out - it was 
WRWD(AM), simulcasting country with WRWD-FM 107.3, and then flipped 
earlier this year to satellite standards as WELG. I believe they do say 
"Hudson Valley weather." They're on the same satellite service as WHUC, 
I think, but it's not a straight simulcast.
