Actually, the whole region is in 9Khz mode. People in our territories
with American cars with 10kHz spacing had problems tuning in. This
transition has been going on for more than a year. The outcome makes
it more difficult for US DXers since these stations will be on our
own domestic frequencies. I have seen a number of these application
so through but don't recall one yet from KTWG-801.
For the record, before November 1978, KUAM was on 610.
