In southern Alberta at least, it looks like one of those "almost, but 
not quite" nights, as many frequencies have had decent carriers at 
times, but was never able to get more than a few seconds of audio out of 
anything.  No frequency has been very consistent.  1017 had a healthy 
carrier for quite a while, but it's faded down since 0415 or so.  On the 
last pass at 0515 the best carriers were on  621 and 684..
