Listened from 1058-1330 utc. HLAZ 1566 & 1575 Thailand VOA
continue to throw out strong signals. Both heard on the E-100 Utralight
barefoot this morning at 1245 utc. Thailand was the strongest of the two.
153 Russia, 1100 fair (7.5) pips and News? Radio Rossii theme music heard at 1306.
180 Russia, 1108 fair (7.5) with man in Russian.
189 Russia, 1109 fair (6.5) with noise and woman in Russian.
234 Russia, 1110 fair (7.0) man in Russian.
279 Russia, 1111 weak (6.5) man in Russian.
594 Japan, JOAK weak (6.5) at 1312 with man in Japanese.
603 Republic of Korea, HLSA weak (6.5) with Asian music.
648 Russia, 1305 1306 weak (6) with man in Korean?
657 DPR Korea, 1212 very weak. Fair (7) poor audio with
woman in Korean.
693 Japan, JOAB fair (7) at 1305 with much splatter.
774 Japan, 1113 fair (7.0) with woman in Japanese, a lot of splatter.
Good (8) at 1153 with English lessons.
828 Japan, JOBB 1235 weak (6.5) with English lessons.
1134 Japan, JOQR 1323 fair (7) with music and Japanese talk.
1287 Japan, JOHR fair (7) at 1303 with woman/man in Japanese.
1377 China, CRN1 1259 very weak (6) with Chinese.
1422 Japan, JORF 1320 weak (6.5) with music.
1566 Republic of Korea, 1137 fair (6.5) with Chinese? 1236 Good (8)
with religious singing.
1575 Thailand, VOA fair (7.5) with Asian pop music. Good (8) at 1207.
1593 China, CRN1 very weak (6) at 1221. 1252 (6.5)
1737 KUT PNG beacon? LSB a tone was repeated every 3 seconds
fair at 1115-1120.
