[IRCA] 990 SILENT in Rochester NY
If Rochester's 990 (ex-WRCI, etc.) is a pest for you, you've got a few
hours to DX without it - the plug was pulled on WRCI at 0002 EDT 9/2/08,
and it will be off the air all night before returning at 0600 with new
calls WDCX. (At 0003, I'm hearing "Team 990," Montreal's CKGM.)
Meanwhile, WROC 950 quietly flipped from progressive talk to ESPN sports
at 0000 EDT. New website is sportsradio950espn.com, but it's not up yet.
