[IRCA] TP for 29 Aug from Victoria, BC

Another brief round with the radio, from about 1255 to 1315, though things fell off quite rapidly after 1310UT.  Another morning where the heavy hitters made a reasonable appearance, but the second string was mostly absent.  Best was hearing CRI on 1323 for the first time this season.

pretty darn good audio (at least briefly): 
774 a number of times (JJ)
1566 just after with another truly overweight carrier

reasonable audios (though often battling w/splash or noise): 
972 with  big carrier

not so reasonable audio, occasional words in splash or noise:  
612 DU at 1314
747 JJ//774 at 1302
1134 seemed JJ at 1313
1287 at 1311, JJ
1323 //963 w/RR at 1305UT


Burbles in the splatter and noise:
567 TP earlier on; couldn't dig up 594
576 DU at 1315
828 JJ//774
963 several times w/RR sounding talk
1017 at 1309, likely CRI in Korean



Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):   (Asia unless noted)  234,  738 DU ,  936, 1053, 1098 DU
