[IRCA] TP's 8-24-08 Arizona

Listened from 1115-1310 utc and the bottom part of the band was all DU and the top part was TP per the loop.  I got audio on 657 and 774.  The audio on 657 was just above the noise level at times while the audio on 774 was poor but I could hear the talk in English so it looks like I heard 3LO again.  The carriers were: 531, 576, 585, 594, 603, 648, 657, 693, 702, 738, 765, 774, 819, 1512 and 1566.
