[IRCA] Correction to WKII log

Slight correction from the original post. I reported that this station was 
near Fort Myers, FL. That is wrong, it is near Port Charlotte, FL. At 0030 I 
got a nice, strong ID and clear ID They IDed as PORT CHARLOTTE. Please 
forgive the error.
