And get this Dennis: That is with the WHIP antenna UN-Extended!
The G6 is sensitive to a fault.
While on Salt Spring Island (Google Map it)... the Air
band was a clutter of video noise and essentially useless.
For most urban areas, the G6 is a great big thumbs down.
The Eton E100 is vastly superior.
The thing that the G6 has going for it is the display and the 700 memories
and the tuning knob... but that is it.
