[IRCA] TP's for 8-13-08 Great

Listened from 1135-1305 UT and conditions were great with the summer noise way down and no t-storm noise.  Yesterday was the first day that I got a carrier from JOUB-774 and today I got audio and at times it was very good.  At 1235 UT JOUB had English Language Lessons.  At times the carriers on 594, 648, 738 and 747 were close to audio.  I had many carriers and they were; 531, 576, 585, 594, 648, 657, 666, 693, 702, 738, 747, 756, 774, 819, 828, 837, 864, 88, 891, 945, 954, 963, 999, 1116, 1125 and 1134.  Per the loop it was all TP's and no DU's.  It looks like it will be a great TP season!
