Local 9 news reported the Hispanic population in the city of Denver is now 
52% based on data from Census Bureau. I believe them. My point is since the 
local Hispanic population is growing, it's not surprising Spanish-language 
stations are doing so well in the ratings. Not only so, but now Denver has 
some FM stations which weren't there in the past.

I totally agree with you about interpreting census data.
