Thanks Mike. It looks like there will not be a voice on 1470 for
sometime with all of those apps. 
  I have so many stations QSL'd that no longer exist, 1030-Sacramento
under two calls is another.  KHWY, C&W as I remember was one call. The
owner ended up going to jail for something I was told. KBLA-1500-Burbank
was another. Later on they were KBBQ and then went off the air. So much
history in radio that has been forgotten, except for the DXer is seems.
OR & WA the same thing, so many stations are gone.
