CFFR 660 took a couple reports to get a QSL just after they signed on in
the 80s as I remember. I may have even phoned them. Probably my toughest
Canadian to QSL was CFNL 590 Ft. Nelson BC (250w) I finally had to
contact their contract engineer in Edmonton. CKNL 560 Ft St. John was
easy to QSL.
