Listened from 1140-1236 ut.   The solar indices were SF 65 A 4 K 0.  
Was surprised to hear JOUB again this morning.  Again just brief audio
for a few minutes.

774        Japan, JOUB weak at 1143 with man in Japanese and of course
               spaltter.

2368.5   Australia,  no carrier.  Other 3 Tropical band Aussies in with decent signals.
