The new site is in a semi-rural are that is gradually becoming more
developed. I'm not sure why they picked it, since it doesn't seem to
provide significantly better coverage for Seattle, Bellevue, etc. It
may have just been chosen based on size, cost, zoning, etc. It's in a
river valley, so the ground would be relatively moist most of the year.
