[IRCA] AM apps for Western WA

I notice that they are 4 apps for Western WA. A couple older ones, plus
two newer ones. Two are from companies that have stations. 

740-Redmond-10/10KW
1120-Yelm (Olympia area)-10/6KW
+1140-Aberdeen 5/2.5KW
+1350-Raymond-5/.5KW

+ 1140 has 1450 Aberdeen
+ 1350 has 97.7 Raymond

The old Pamphin app is still listed for Redmond (Seattle). I thought
that one died along with 1570 Warrenton. 
There was another one for Olympia-1160 sometime back,  I did not see it
listed now, so probably dead. A CE told me once that over 50% of apps
never get oked and 50% of CPs are never built. With the cost of putting
on a new AM, like Raymond, FM would be less. There are no AM towers
there to co-locate with either.
