Re: [IRCA] New MW QSL (KHMO-1070)
Thanks Greg. It is not often I get the 3 catches from the Midwest on one
channel either. Although if cx are good, 1070 is pretty much open for me
to the East. I am 160 miles South of Victoria BC, but CFAX-10 KW is
highly directional to the NW, putting about 35 watts in my direction
according to the CE. Then there is KNX LA, at 1,000 miles away and they
are far enough not to be too much of any issue. Now if KNX was in the
Bay area at 550-600 miles, it would be a different story, as phasing the
50 KW Bay area stations are tougher to get rid of. as I get at least
four of the 50 KWers 24/7 here year around. I am glad CFAX is there with
10 KW as it keeps stations in OR/WA off the channel. At least for now.
Now to log some more new ones on 1070!

Patrick
