The reason I thought differently was because back in the 80s when Bob &
I went to Vancouver a many times and also EXPO 86, we visited with many
different Canadians in Night Clubs, Restaurants, stores, etc and a lot
of complaining was going on about "The open door" Canada had with the
rest of the World. So I fiqured, by listening to others, it was easy to
move to Canada. Infact Bob & I considered it for a time, but never
looked into it seriously. So I heard the same thing from many. Of
course, no matter where a person lives, they complain, as we do here.
The majority do not always know the complete rules and laws either.
