[IRCA] NE Oregon TPs, Monday
No MW audio this morning, and only a few hets. For the first time I can
remember, 1098 wasn't even a tiny het--maybe the station is doing
maintenance. 738 was close to audio several times; weaker hets were 747,
891, 1116. 153 very poor, 180 weak and 279 poor/weak for LWBC Far East
Russians at 1127 utc.
