[IRCA] Spanish station 1319 kHz

Hello,
Listening to the R-390 A from 6:00-06:30 P.M. PDT on
1310 kHz a Spanish speaking station is being heard briefly
when KNPT fades. Any ideas on the call of the Spanish station?
The station is weak and only heard when KNPT fades out completely.
