That is a good way to help PR for DXers.  Let the station know that you
suspect something is wrong, but be sure to mention that you would never
notify the FCC.  As an broadcast engineer, I sure would be appreciative of a
head's-up about a glitch and that it wasn't being reported.  Something to
consider.
