[IRCA] TP's for 03-02-08

Good Day,

A poor morning for TP's at this location.  HLAZ 1566 did manage
a fair signal at 1344 ut.  JOUB 774 was also heard around this time.
The indices are down, A 19 and K 3.  If the numbers decrease within the next
14 hours, we might have a chance to hear some TP's on the Utralights.
I think one Mexican station can be logged here ???? on ????.  hi.
