[IRCA] One new log and a couple of ULR Logs

Caught a new one last night, WWRL while waiting for my wife outside of a
shop, in our car.

On my Sony SRF-59, WPGC 1580 MD was cheating big time last night.
Surely not 270 watts.  I also caught WLQV 1500 MI w/ID and then a
"Relevant Radio" slogan which doesn't fit unless they are copying the
slogan name off of the Catholic based network OR had a sudden change of
religious formats.

1500 WLQV MI Detroit 2-28 2245 P but alone w/ID and "Relevant radio"
liner which does NOT fit their normal slogan / format.  Relevant radio's
website does not show anything on 1500.  Brokered program?  Relog but
new on SRF-59 ULR DH-IN

1580 WPGC MD Morningside 2-28 2235 Loud against strong local on 1590
w/replay of morning call in show.  Obviously on day power. Relog but new
on Sony ULR and a new ULR state, IIRC.  DLH-IN

1600 WWRL NY New York 2-28 1857 F w/ID, fighting w/strip mall QRM and
WNTS-1590 slop. NEW! DH-IN
