[IRCA] E-Mail Address Change (OT)

    After "fighting" on and off with Earthlink since October of last 
year, I decided it was time to switch to another provider. New address, 
for those interested, is DX4EVR at EC dot RR dot COM

    At least if I have a problem, I can talk with someone located in 
North America and not in Faroffistan.
