[IRCA] Recent DX and a Couple UnIDs

            First, the UnIDs

 

670              12/31/2007 somebody here just audible above the Cuban in
the WSCR null carrying the Alamo Bowl (Penn State vs. Texas A&M.  Anybody
have any ideas?  WIEZ?

 

1110     1/2/08, 1430-1530 somebody here w/continuous EZ Christian
contemporary music & no talk at all in the WGNZ null, finally buried by WBT.
No talk at all noted, and no TOH ID.  Songs not very rocky; noted John
Waller's "The Blessing."  More of that kind of music, Caedman's Call type
stuff.  Good signals but sounded quite distant.

 

And now for a couple new ones.

 

910       WWWR            VA        Roanoke ask and ye shall receive.  Way
on top 1/4/08, 1800 w/"910, WWWR, Roanoke," ID & into SRN nx.  WFIR was also
blasting in at the time. I checked 990 for their twin, but only CBW there.

 

1320     WDER  NH        Derry 1/3/08, 1600 alone in WLOH null w/nice,
clear, "1320, WDER," ID, no WJAS at all, into Janet Partial show from
Washington DC.  Definitely the surprise of the season  (Partial is, I
believe, associated somehow with Pat Robertson).  1320 #25.  Only 1570 has
more w/27.
