[IRCA] noon hets everywhere Jan 3

Checking the usual suspects just after local noon (1900 ut) showed the upper
end of the band to be full of hets. 1089 1125 1386 1395(-175hz) 1494 1548
1575 all had loud hets with 1575 approaching audio.  many many other
channels with hets. Other than 819, everything started at 1089 and up.

Altho numbers appeared similar yesterday, I did not hear any hets then.  So
a heads up for later...
