I think in all fairness to hams, fortunately the hobby
is not going down the tubes (just the QSL part).
Michigan's count is up 1.5% from last year, ARRL is
always reporting near record crowds for it's various
contests such as Field Day, and the emergency aspects
of ham radio is second to none. Just my two cents.
