[IRCA] DX Tip for WDXR

940    KMER    WY, Kemmerer, while looking for the WI DX Test, I caught
an ID ".....Southwest Wyoming...AM 940 KMER ..Kemmerer..." Into ABC Net
news at 0200 EST 11/12. I haven't logged this one since the late 60s
when they ran a DX Test. They were on 950 then.   (PM-OR)
