[IRCA] TP? 9 Nov

sluggish just after 1400UT, deteriorating to mildly revolting by 
1500UT when I finished a 1430-1500 band scan....except that 774, 747, 
and 828 were delivering reasonable audio at that time, as well as 612 
(which was Aussie).

Odd morning for sure.  K of zero up to 1200UT, mostly zero for the 
last several days, with a "2" in there somewhere.

Details, such as they are, later.
