[IRCA] WLPO test

My apologies to all that I missed this test. My ham
buddies kept reminding me all week of CQ WW DX Phone
Contest, and after working all day, coming home and
working this contest for 5 hours was enough that I
forgot all about it.

My gratitude goes out to Steve Vogler and Jim Pogue
for arranging this test, and my hope that another one
is done perhaps next year.

P.S. Don't forget that the WCXH test is 4 am EDT on
MONDAY morning.
