[IRCA] WLPO DX Test Heard

WLPO DX Test heard here as scheduled, weakly thru
WPHT-1210 IBOC hash and despite a high A index.  Code
IDs and sweep tones heard.  Interestingly, the code
was heard more clearly than the tones for this test.
