Thanks Paul. I had hoped that they would get their 4200w as it would be
a neat station to hear. I have Sand Point when they were opering with
250w and the old AFRTS Adak with 250-300w using a longwire antenna. 
Very little chance of logged KIAL with 50 watts. Hopefully they can
boost their AM signal in time, but they may turn off the AM in time with
the new FM on the way.
