[IRCA] IBOC hash on 1503

This morning before LSR I heard what I believe to be IBOC hash on 1503
KHZ. After LSR it dropped off. That would throw the IBOCer on either
1490 or 1520. Who? Nothing in the NW, KGDD 1520 is not IBOC and neither
is anything I can find on 1490, at least I hear on gw. Ideas? It sure
sounded like IBOC hash.
