[IRCA] NE Oregon Sunday night TAs

Some better conditions for TA reception this evening, at least for hearing 
hets. Many hets heard on MW, with eventual audio heard on: 675 poor talk 
0344 utc; 1134 poor music 0356 utc; 1215 poor music 0348 utc.
LWBC not doing very well but some audio on: 198 poor/weak talk with pips on 
TOH 0400 utc; 189 Iceland starting poor, but right now, 0500 utc, 
occasionally at weak level. As usual, static is heavy on LF.
(529 LYQ, TN beacon easily heard tonight, as on most nights when checked 
for, and 529 SQM, AK also heard when switched to N/S longwire.)
